How our e-gift cards work:

After submitting the form, you will be contacted with confirmation and payment details within 1-3 working days. (Hint: We currently only accept Paynow, Paylah! & Grab Transfers)

The e-gift card can only be activated after full payment is made, and will be valid for 2 years starting from your chosen send date.

On your chosen date, your recipient will receive the e-gift card via email.

Your recipient can follow the instructions in the email to utilise the e-gift card!

Tip: It's best to check with your recipient if they've received our email! It might have gone into a spam folder. If they did not receive an email, kindly contact us for assistance!
Gift Card T&C:

E-Gift cards are valid for 2 years starting from the sender's chosen send date, and are non-refundable.
