Yes! We want self-confidence to be accessible to everyone, so for all our classes, modules and packages, we've got a hefty 40% off discount for P1 - Sec 5 students & 30% off discount for post-secondary - pre-university students. Kindly indicate in the booking form that you are a student. If you are below 18, kindly get permission from your parents before attending our classes. Send us a photo of your student card with your full name and date of birth visible, and your NRIC number blanked out. Your booking will be confirmed after full payment is made!

At the moment, we are accepting bookings from Monday - Sunday. This might change in the future! Earliest slot: 11am / Latest slot: 5pm (If your slot is unavailable, we'll let you know so that we can reschedule!)

Classes can be held at either of these options: • Your home (Kindly have a table with 2 seats + a mirror + good lighting ready) • Eri HQ @ Jurong West • An external meeting room @ Aljunied (Additional $10/hr)* • Pink Lemonade Studios (Additional $30/hr) *Address will be sent after booking confirmation

If you're attending a makeup class, kindly send us any inspirations, a selfie of your bare face and even photos of your usual makeup woes! This can be done in either the booking form or after we contact you after the form submission. This will help us get a better sense of what you like, and be able to personalise the class as much as possible! Testers will be provided for all classes, but feel free to bring along your own products so that you can learn how to make better use of them! So excited to see you!!

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your class, kindly let us know at least 1 day in advance to the scheduled class (or face a scary cancellation fee). Request to reschedule class made more than a day in advance to class booking: Sure! Let me know your desired date. Request to reschedule class made less than a day before class booking: A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted, the remaining amount will be credited to you in the form of class credits. Cancellation made more than a day in advance to class booking: Class credits amounting to the same value will be credited to you. No-show or cancellation made less than a day before the scheduled date: A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted, the remaining amount will be credited to you in class credits.

Kindly message us prior to your class slot if you are running late. If not, you will be contacted if you are nowhere to be found within 20 minutes of your booked class. On the day of your class, if you are uncontactable, or wish to cancel/reschedule your class, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be credited to you in class credits.

No, please do not. If you (or me) are covid-positive on the day of the class or a day before, class credits amounting to the same value will be credited to you so that we can reschedule your class. Get well soon!
